So here I sit at the Bistro and can’t wait for it to open. The remodle is almost done, just have to put in some floor which is expected this week. Tomorrow I get to learn how to make blended drinks down in the cities. Then we get to plan the rest of the menu, looking forward to that, I want to open by the 20th of April, HOWEVER, that is just a tentative date, nothing is set in stone. One the inspection is done and we can move forward we will have a more realistic date to post.
I will post in very large and obvious letter the official date of grand opening. Keep cheking the blog or facebook page to get the end date. Until then read up on our progress and give us coments on what you think. We hope to open soon so you can tast all the wonderful coffee pies, and sandwiches we will have to offer.
